Sextant Coffee Roasters is a Roast-to-Order company. This means all orders with us are delivered fresh.
Our order and delivery schedule is as follows:
Place order on Tuesday - Receive coffee order on Friday.
Place order on Wednesday - Receive coffee on the following Wednesday.
Place order on Thursday - Receive coffee on the following Wednesday.
Place order on Friday - Receive coffee on the following Wednesday.
*Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as a Monday order.
Payment Options
Invoices will be emailed.
Automated Clearing House (ACH)
requires a bank account and routing number = no charge
Credit card fee = 2.9% + 25 cents

We roast 1 batch of 40 pounds of each coffee at a time.
