Enjoying coffee is a uniting tradition that is an integral part of many cultures across the world, and where else to showcase this than a specialty coffee shop owned by a first-generation Ethiopian man. We are an all-inclusive workplace pushing to increase diversity in the specialty coffee industry. Sextant Coffee Roasters is an independent coffee startup that aims to showcase some of the most flavorful coffee regions from around the world with Ethiopian coffees being a main focal point in our production. Job Description:

Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high quality product is our barista's main goal day in and day out.
Other responsibilities include;
-Maintaining a tidy cafe
-Having a passion to learn and push your coffee knowledge
-Stay curious and informed about our offerings
-Comfortable being a professional you

A barista position with Sextant Coffee does not require previous experience, as it would be our pleasure to train and guide you through what we believe it means to work in a friendly and professional coffee community.
